Lotus 123

HELP!!!!!
I'm using Lotus 123 Release 9 on a Windows XP Pro Machine.
I've currently started experiencing weird problems. Can anyone help.

1. When printing sometimes the text is missing in the print pop up box, although the buttons are there.
2. When moving the curser to the edge of the highlighted cell the icon (i.e hand symbol) becomes surrounded by a square black block background. It also happens on the line in the toolbars to alter width or height.

Hello and welcome to CTH.
Never tried 1-2-3 on XP. Used it on Win98 quite a bit.
I take it from your description this has been running OK until recently?
The trick is now to figure out what has triggered the problem.
Have you recently done a Windows Update or installed SP2?
Have you just updated your video card drivers?

Both of these could cause problems.

Lotus smart suite is also know to have problems when you have too many fonts installed. This could cause the problem with the print dialogue box but I doubt it would have the described effect on your mouse pointer.

There are about 25 of us using 123 and we are all using XP Pro automatic updates are set to on for everyone, but only a few of us have experienced the problems I highlighted. SP2 was installed over 6 months ago but this problem has only just arisen......any more help would be greatfully recieved.
