Problems unziping files in win rar

Hi i downloaded a win rar file and when i try to unzip it in win rar i keep getting this message 'uexpected end of archive' ive looked this up on google and it says its because the file did not properly download. So ive tried downloading the file again and i keep getting the same message. Does anyone know whats going wrong? Il post the link here so if someone could also try downloading it and tell me if they get the smae problem,

The file is wonky.
Go out and buy the Iron Maiden album.

The file itself looks to be corrupt. The person that up'ed it either didn't compress it right or it became corrupted after compression and upload. Bottom line is its a bad download. To bad to because "Children of the damned" is a good tune.

did you download the file? Would be great if you could just to double check because this seems to be happening to all the win rar files im downloading

Yes, I did DL it (how I knew what it was ). It's flaky, as stated.
