Internet keeps giving cannot display page

Hi there,
Can I please have someone take a look at my computer. I am getting very frusterated as I have had only had this laptop now for a couple months and well it started to give me the website cannot be displayed msgs. I thought it was maybe the internet connection, but I have other computers that work just fine and I tried to do CleanUp! and also Malware bytes(nothing found), but that didnt help either. I am not sure what else to look at.
Its Windows 2007 and like I said I just bought it a few months ago.

What you can try is system restore. that will restore to early time. you will not lose any settings. Go to: start > control panel > backup and restore> restore my files. and then choose which backup date to restore from.
