Print Spooler issues-can't fix

Hello,

I don't know if my computer has been affected. I was able to print with no problems up until 20 minutes ago. My printer is an HP Laser Jet 2035n and is not set up for wireless. I was going to try to reinstall the driver and it won't even allow me to do this either. I tried changing the printer spool settings back to automatic and this has not changed anything either.
