VERY VERY weird and random problem

Hey,

Running W7 on a fast laptop that I've had for about 6 months. Have Norton Internet Security, up to date and no viruses found.

For the past couple months I've noticed this occurrence maybe 5 times.

Randomly, the following will suddenly happen:

• Left click on mouse doesn't work on most things (but does work on some things) Actually left clicking functions as right clicking for most things. Right clicking does nothing.
  
• Left click on my laptop button does not work either
  
• Alt tab goes backwards, starting with the last window.
  
• Clicking on anything that is pinned in the taskbar tries to open a new instance of it. (and maybe even things that aren't pinned, it stopped before I was able to test this)
  
• Highlighting text doesn't work properly, it seems to focus on a random point in the page of text and you can hightlight (backwards I think) anything above and below it. Just very weird
  
  

I would of listed more symptoms if present but it suddenly stopped doing this.

This is the first time it has just stopped by itself, usually I have to restart the computer. I've had the same mouse/keyboard for at least a year. I would think that maybe the keyboard/mouse is pressing a button by itself but that alt tab thing is just so weird it doesn't fit.

Besides being really annoying, this is costly since I play online poker
