Realtek drivers no sound present

I have tried many solutions and nothing works,i'm using windows 7,Procesor DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2000 MHz (10 x 200) 3800+, ASRock ALiveSATA2-GLAN (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN),but my VT8237A High Definition Audio Controller doe's not work.
In bottom right corner speakee has a red x on it,when i go to device menager high definition audio controler has a yellow exclamation point. When i go into it properties it says This device cannot start. (Code 10). I've tried updating to many versions and nothing,no suond appears. Please people help me i'm desperate. I didn't do only flash of the BIOS because i do not know how(please step by step procedure). Contact me with your solutions here please.

Still nothing,it says can't find a modem for this device,any more ideas?

Install this driver. Use the Setup.exe contained in that Realtek_Vista64_Vista(R1.53).zip file, don’t use Device Manager to load those drivers.

1) Audio driver ---> ASRock ALiveSATA2-GLAN motherboard - Realtek high definition audio driver ver:R1.53

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Download this to your Desktop and two-click it and say OK and Yes to any popups you see. Reboot and test audio.

You most likely have a voice modem installed in there.

Does Everest name a modem make and model?
