Hello dees04,

No malware in this admittedly simple view of things. The log shows IObit\Smart Defrag 2 installed and running. Other than there really is little need to defrag the more modern drives, and Windows using the NTFS file system (unlike Win 98 using FAT;s file system, which did benefit from defragging often), Iobit softwares tend to cause problems, and I do not recommend having any of them installed.

The log also shows AquaSnap, which apparently makes desktop changes, and could be your culprit. If this is now causing problems there, you may want to uninstall it.
