my email keeps bounceing back

hi
i have a problem from this website..it says my mail is bouncing..so it doesnt get in my yahoo mail box..is this a problem cured by re register with that site?the
site in question is meetup..i recently had my computer reformated because i had
a virus. cost me 80 bucks.the computer is a dell insperion..what can i do
