Can't load forum site....

I can't get this site to load.
http://forum.nutsvolts.com/

I have tried CCleaner to clean out my Cache.
But I continue to get a Blank Screen with a tab message at the bottom;
"Loading http://forum.nutsvolts.com/....."
It just sits there and hangs.
I've already tried using IE 8 instead of my Firefox 13.0.1.
But still can't get the site to load.

Any Ideas?

Edit:
I just tried accessing the site from another computer that is connected too the same Modem/Router.
Got the same result.

Update:

I talked with my ISP and they too couldn't access the site from their central office.

I talked to the web master for the http://forum.nutsvolts.com/ .
He reported no problems accessing it.

I can only surmise that the problem is with my provider.

Edit:
I have just tried to load the web page again{7/02/2012 9:30 pm CST},
and it came up.

Though I'm seeing issues with the site, and other sites,
in which they don't always load the first time.
Thus, I need too refresh the page to get it too load.

I just tried that site again, and clicked around on it without problems.
If you're ever in doubt whether or not a site is down you can go to this site, and paste in the URL for the site that you want to find out about.

The Link you provided only shows me that the site is up.

UPDATE:
After that one time of getting to the site.
I'm back to not being able too get to the Forums Index page.

I'm currently working with my ISP on the matter.
But still have not found a solution.

It seems very odd that it is only this one site.

UPDATE: #2

I finally can get to the forum without any problems.

After checking my NoScript and sending the Website my Web Console Data.
It was determined that the Google App's that the site was using were the problem.

It seems Google was a victim of the DNS ROVE virus.
Google IT's were still working out what all of the Google App's and Links that were affected.
Then fixing the links/App's so they worked again.

Strange that they didn't do anything about it till the last minute.
