Welcome to cybertech, can you post the pc specs, or make/model if it's a retail pc? Also describe the exact symptoms, does the screen come on? do you hear any beeps? If so describe the beeps, and let us know what's posted on the screen if anything. What happens if you hold the power button in for 5 sec? does it shutdown and the fans turn off?

Do you get no input signal message on the monitor, or does it just not come on at all? Have you tried the monitor on a different pc to make sure it hasn't died?

From your description the issue can be motherboard, RAM, video card, or monitor. It could be something else, but at this point these are the most likely culprits

While you gave me your mainboard info (which helps), we still need the rest of the hardware details. Use my signiture as an example. There should be stickers on almost all the hardware inside that has make/model numbers on it. The only thing will be that you won't be able to see the cpu (it's an AMD btw) due to the heatsink.

at the least we need:
Video card make/model + VRAM size if possible
RAM make/speed/size
Psu make model and wattage rating
