flashplayer not compatible?

Hi,I need help it seems that flashplayer is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox , and can not download videos(its something like one is 32bit and the other is 64, but I am not shure which)Please let me know how to go about it, or when they come up with the right version of either program. Thank You.
