computer will not acept wireless password

I have replaced my old Lynksys wireless router with a new NETGEAR WNDR 4000.I have 4 computers 3 of them connect fine after using Netgear password but #4 will not. When asked for password I give it and it instantly shows a banner that states "password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on network settings and can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii charecters or 10 or26 hexadecimal charecters". I have compared the network settings on the other computers and they match.
