Angry how to clean up .aaa files

Help, help. My files were encrypted by the RSA-2048 encryption. Tried to use the keys provided but didn't work and all my files are showing as .aaa files. Any ideas how to clean them up?

if they are encrypted and your key does not work, then you are out of luck. if encryption could be bypassed, then it would not be secured. hopefully you have a backup.

What I meant with "the keys did not work" was that I never got in touch with however encrypted my files. I follow their guidelines but got not response.
So, I was following the guidelines given on the "geeks to go" site but did not get the same path to isolate my .aaa files once search my computer using cmd command. Tried to register to reach help but couldn't.
