Shutdown/Resart/Log off options diappeared from task bar

Hey gents. I restored my systam only to discover that the icon on the taskbar that gives me the options to Restart/shutdown/lock/log off have disappeared?? How do i get it back with all of its funtions/options???

Hi, well the link from digs has a lot of options, is the start Icon simply not there? This part of the shell is controlled per user. Open search and type:- command prompt, right click on the returned command prompt and select "run as administrator" at the prompt copy paste:-

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Po licies\Explorer" > 0 & notepad 0

EDIT :-There appears to be a problem with this forum, please correct the (remove the space) in Policies

Press enter, please copy the notepad outcome here.
