Internet connection keeps dropping

Hi i keep losing connection to the net and i dont know if it is my service provider or router which is most likely ?

I can think of three things to try for troubleshooting purposes.

Try another router you know works (borrow or buy one).

Take the router completely out of the setup and hook the computer directly to the modem.

If either of those gives you a trouble-free connection, you've identified the router as the problem.

If not, call your service provider and see if they can figure it out.

When you face this problem you have to unplugged your modem immediately.
You can increase your RAM also.
