Android Control Software

Anyone know of a free piece of software from the Google Play store that will allow me to password protect using the WIFI function on an Android phone device thing?
Thank you.

for clarification, you do not want anyone to use the wifi on the android device without a password?

Correct. Trying to prevent a pre-teen from using Internet (has no data access, just WIFI), anywhere they go, from their cell without affecting ability to make calls. Unless a password is entered to allow WIFI to work.

cant get to the wifi network, then they will use the mobile network. think of the data charges :-) I think the closest you can get is an app lock. you can lock down all browsers, apps and even the playstore. might even be able to lock settings.
