kevinICdesigner,

Are you using Norton Power Eraser (NPE)?

After looking in a few places, found out the file is part of a driver for Cybelink software. Cyberlink makes PowerDVD, but, not all versions of their programs use rikvm_C6F09094.sys.

It is a mistaken detection by NPE.
