Uninvited intrusion

I have a personal photograph web page hosted on my PWP with Virgin Media.
Under the photos I had inserted text captions. All was perfect until yesterday.
From 12 captions 3 random words became links to an advert for winning an iPhone.
Already this post has been attacked in the same way.
Quite obviously I did not insert these links so I deleted all the captions to remove the links.
Any text I now add to my page runs the risk of random words being converted to this same link.
I run a virus scan every day and nothing has been found that might cause this problem.
I hope someone has an answer as I'm really annoyed that my personal page can be highjacked in this way.
The page was created using Dreamweaver 8 and uploaded using FTP Surfer if that is relevant.

Thanks in advance,
Brian.

It now appears that this advert has spread far and wide as it's now popping up on
virtually every website I visit (except this one - so far).
Is there any way to prevent it?
