Print spooler
Every once in a while my Dell Inspiron 5000 windows 98 laptop freezes when I try to print something in Excel 2000. I have reloaded office 2000 and ran Norton System works 2003 to fix errors.
Normally when I hit print, the printing box comes up that says printing page 1, 2 etc. The machine will usually lock up on this screen and become unresponsive. When I do a ctrl, alt, del, Excel is not responding. This occassionally will happen in other programs too.
Please help, very frustrated.
