Question http://localhost:9100/proxy.pac

Hello,
i have seen this configuartion script in my Lan http://localhost:9100/proxy.pac and don't know how it got in there, i suspect it is a spyworm and i have tried removing or deleting but doesn't work.
i have already downloaded google web accelerator and uses windows xp sp2, internet explorer7 but my system is sometimes sluggish.
Please!!! help me solve this problem.

That proxy.pac "address" is a part of Google Web Accelerator. The way to remove it is to uninstall Google Web Accelerator.

If you do a search online for "9100 proxy.pac," you'll get plenty of resources about what it is and how it works so you can decide for yourself if you want to keep Google Web Accelerator.
