how to disable '.. is now connected' popup message

I find it very annoying: everytime I connect, using dialup, a samll window pops up, saying 'isp_name is now connected'
the problem is that I usually need to see whats behind, which is Outlook Expree activity.

Does someone know how can it be disabled from the registry? or any other way? please help, thanks

I'm sorry, I didn't understand what you mean. Anyhow, I use several ISP's, not any one in particular, because all my counrty's ISPs are free service. But couldn't get what that have to do with 'connected' baloon tip. I thought its OS-specific, because, back when I was using Windows 98, and also ME, no tips where involved. It pops up only in XP.
btw, I know how to disable baloon tips, altogether, from the registry. But I need them, I only want to get rid of that particular, annoying 'connected' tip.
any idea, folks?

No he wants to keep the balloon tips, just wants to get rid of a specific one. There is no way to disable balloon tips for specific programs only. Sorry.
