Tooltips underneath taskbar

Hi, whenever I leave my mouse over one of the quicklaunch icons, the tooltip appears, under the taskbar, so I can only read half of it. It's hard to explain so I made a screenshot. Hope this help, thanks.

Two fixes, both temporary (but apparently they work) on this page and this page.

I like the colours / theme on your desktop. . . What is it ? ? ? ?

The theme is Vista Plus 2, you'll need Windowblinds 5.5+. Well worth it though, click here for more info

I've already got windowblinds, so it should be a quick job to get that sorted.
