Hi,
I got a new laptop a few months ago, it's a Dell Vostro 1000 with Windows Vista. I can usually watch DVDs on Windows Media Player but I just got a new DVD (For Christmas ) and I can't play it. I clicked on the "find help on the net" option and was told that my video drivers weren't up to date. It said that this could be because of my hardware (that I doubt given that it's very new) or my video drivers. It told me to go to windows update to update my drivers but there are no updates available that I don't already have.Does anybody know how to fix this problem or does anybody know if there is a different type of software I can use to play my DVDs on? The windows media player I have is version 11 Please Help! |
