Cant use certain websites

Trying to fix a mate's laptop. I've deleted loads of crap from it and run CWShredder and Adaware and have improved the speed of it, but for some reason he cannot access certain websites, such as www.skysports.com

Also, searches on search engines just don't work. Even ones embedded on other websites. It never times out but it just never loads up an answer. Skysports is the same, it doesn't time out. After 5 minutes, only the top banner has loaded.

Save to the Desktop <<< Important!!

Before running ComboFix, close or disable all AntiVirus and AntiMalware programs so that they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Double-click combofix.exe to run the program
Follow the prompts.
(Don't click on the window while the program is running, it may cause your system to stall.)

When finished, a log, ComboFix.txt, is produced.
