Mobo and CPU compatible?

I'm new to building PC's and would like to know if this Mobo and this CPU is compatible. Thanks in advanced.

YES.

However, 2 drawbacks on that motherboard.

1. ABIT discontinued that board
2. Max 2GB memory

If your going with VISTA, particularily 64bit you may want to consider a different board that can accommodate more memory and uses faster type memory. (Unless you found the board at a great price you just don't want to pass up)

ABIT is a pretty good board, but I would be looking at AsRock, ASUS or a Biostar and one that support a minimum of 4GB memory for future upgrade. VISTA 64 bit can see 4GB memory.
