Vista help for Novice

Hello All!

Ive had Vista Home Premium since it came out, recently its just decided not to play nice! Slow everything! Slow loading, slow shut down and something keeps stealing my cursor and flinging it across my screen! And just about everything else it can possibly do to annoy me! Ive ran Adware, McAfee and nothing comes up! From reading previous posts, I see people post the Hi-Jack this logs...I will do so as well! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
