Need Video Card Recommendation

Hello, I'm looking to upgrade from on-board integrated graphics and I need a suggestion as to what video card to purchase. My computer has the following:

Windows Vista Basic
3.5GB Ram
PCI Express x16
300 Power Supply

I'm looking for a card that supports Direct X 10. Also, I'm not sure if I can use a ATI card because my current on-board chipset is by NVIDIA. Does it matter? I know I should upgrade my power supply but I have to order it from HP because of my chassis so that is out of the picture now. I really just want a card that can run World of Warcraft and other low level games at a better FPS. Right now I get about 25 FPS, I'm looking for something that can double that.

I've only found one so far here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150257

I've read some decent reviews about it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would go for 9800GT or the GTX+ version, but the price is $110 to $150 and it does come with $20 Mail in Rebates. However, your PSU does not have enough power to power up those cards.

Yes, you can use ATI card. All you have to is uninstall your onboard card and install the ATI card and its driver. get the 4800 series one they are like around $89 up to $499

I prefer nvidia cards especially evga because they have a better customer service/support and step-up program and so on(im talking about evga)...
