I restored my computer to factory settings
Now I have a few problems. My computer isn't recognizing the graphics card I had bought for it, it's reset to vga one.
In display settings, my monitor's resolution is no longer an option so I'm stuck using one that isn't a match and it's all stretched out. How do I put everything back to the way it was before the restore? I know that the programs I had before will have to be reinstalled, but at least I need to know why my graphics card and resolutions are not being recognized. |

Howdy and welcome to CTH:
Did you re-install the drivers for the graphics card yet? Murray |

I just did and that and it solved it. Thank you so much for responding, and is there anything else I should do since restoring my computer that I don't know about?

Well, you could go into Device Manager and check for anything with a yellow or red mark beside it. That will indicate if that piece of hardware is running generic drivers or has no driver installed at all.
