Ragnarok online "cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem"

Hi there,
I was installing ragnarok online and as you can see in the tittle,this issue is occurred "cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem"



as you can see,there are 2 empty tabs

You have an unsupported operating system on this machine. Toshiba do not provide any Windows 7 (or Vista) drivers.
I suggest you put legitimate Windows XP back on it.

I see,well my laptop was Windows XP at first before I upgrade it into windows 7

So all I have to do is simply install Windows XP again on it?Or is there anything I should do beside installing back to XP?
