Anyone play D3?

I waited for years for it to come out and after paying the $60.00 I can't get it to work, nor can I get anything except an automated email from Blizzard about how I need to upgrade blah blah blah. Well I updated all the drivers that my computer said were necessary but the game is still horribly choppy and almost unplayable. I play WoW without any trouble so I don't get it. Is anyone up for helping me figure out how to get it working properly? I can post the DxDiag and MSInfo32 if necessary.

Hi.
Sorry for the delayed response.
We will need some system specifications.

Note that a system capable of playing WoW may not be capable of playing Diablo3 - they are completely different and D3 has higher minimum requirements.

Ok, I wasn't sure about that. I can post the logs that the D3 tech people asked for. They were only sending me automated emails though.

I'm running at maximum settings on my Radeon HD5770 and I'm going to try it on my HD4350 but I expect I'll have to do the same - roll back to an 11.x catalyst. The 12.4 you are using will not work. This is one of those cases where "most up to date driver" is not the right solution.

That HD4200 is an integrated (on board) graphics chip. Your computer does have a PCI Express slot so you can upgrade.
You can probably get something for under US$50 that will run it at medium-high settings...

You could try the 12.4b hotfix first...http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles...24bhotfix.aspx
otherwise you will need to uninstall 12.4 before trying to install 11.9.
