Question Windows Automated System Recovery Disk

When reinstalling win xp pro, an option comes up to insert the Windows Automated System Recovery Disk. Where Can I Download this, or is there a way I can make it myself.

Hi jmspy69,
You can read about setting up and using Automated System Recovery starting here , then click on the Related Links for further information. It's important to note that this method of backup does NOT back up any data files or anything associated with other installed applications.
