Hello knick23
I've found an 'annie' entry on my WinME system.
Don't know what it is yet. A Google search didn't find much more than your thread entry.

Webcams ?

I think I've found out what it is..(thanks to MS forums)

If you click the + sign to expand the win.ini entry you will see settings for
VideoDevice
FrameRate
etc

So I would appear to be something to do with Webcams/Digicams.
Do you have those devices? I do. Why use a woman's name for this ?
