i can't uninstall starware

Can anyone please tell me how to uninstall "starware" toolbar, I can't get rid of it and it's making some programs hard , or impossible,to get into. My mouse goes crazy and gives me a "battery" look and makes a sound like a circuit shorting out. I understand it has something to do with a pop up blocker but I have searched in my puter and can't find anything that matches starware.
Please help me as I'm going nuts!!!

Hello
click here http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloadge...8baee6434cfc13 and then save it to it's own folder on your hard drive. Then find the folder, double click it and run a scan. It is the latest version of Hijack This and it shows what is running on your compter, we might be able to tell where your starware is with this.
