Tracing Cell Phone Numbers

Can somebody trace, or give me a free program/website that can trace Cell Phone Numbers? My reason is excellent....

Yesterday I got a repeated call from somebody, I have no idea who. My parents had to call back and talk to them before they'd stop, even then, they told my parents fake names. I have 2 guesses to who it is...Ether my friend who has another friend over (he doesn't act like he did it), or somebody who threatened me in the past.

All I need to do is find out the First and Last name of the people that own the number, I don't need anything else. The First and Last name will help me determine who I'm dealing with, and who I need to report to the police/cell phone company.
