Microsoft's new white-and-silver concave console will feature three PowerPC-based microprocessors joined onto one chip to deliver powerful computing and advanced graphics, as well as a detachable 20-gigabyte hard drive and a wireless controller. It aims to unseat gaming market leader Sony Corp. by launching the Xbox 360 ahead of Sony's planned launch of its PlayStation 3 in spring 2006. Sony controls more than two-thirds of the game console market.

I am so looking forward to the Xbox 360! I kinda like the sleak looks and they're certainly a great improvement on that black and green brick I have under my TV :-)
The specs look fantastic. I'm going to send a link to this page to my wife - she's gonna need to start saving to buy me one for Christmas :-)
