The C200 series comes with a sliding mechanism for one motion conversion between form factor modes and a 1.2" XGA TFT LCD, among other features. Acer America yesterday unveiled a new generation of Windows-based Tablet PCs. The TravelMate C200 series, is available now in different configurations stating at $1,399.
The C200 series, according to Acer, features a sliding mechanism which allows for one-motion conversion from notebook mode to tablet mode. Besides the 12.1? XGA TFT LCD, other features found commonly in this new tablet product family include Intel chipsets, dual-channel system memory support, ATA/100 hard drive, slot loading optical disc drive, 4-in-1 memory card reader, integrated 802.11 wireless technology and integrated Bluetooth wireless technology.
