Open Member Quote   Back a couple of years ago when I first found this forum I read and read other's problems and learned a bit. Then suddenly one day I had problems and turned to Cyber Tech Help for assistance and my problems were solved. Since then I have kept a number of programs on my computer....run them frequently and keep them updated. During this time its nearly as if spyware, virus and other nasties were never developed. My point is simply this follow the advise you get here...be deligent in using what is suggested and the internet will be a much nicer place. Its only when I see a friend's computer who doesn't use any "protection" that I remember there were such things as pop ups. Thank you Cyber Tech Help - Webster  Close Member Quote

Nvidia

Nvidia yesterday launched the latest additions to its GeForce 7 series of GPUs, padding out the graphics chip family at the low end and mid-range with two new models, as forecast.

The GeForce 7600 GS - aka G73 - joins the already-available 7600 GT. It's a 90nm part with a 128-bit memory bus connecting to DDR 2 or GDDR 3 SDRAM - extensible with TurboCache technology.

The new 7300 LE supports TurboCache too. The 7300 LE has a single-channel, 64-bit memory bus out to DDR 2/GDDR 3 memory. It too is fabbed at 90nm.

The 7600 GS supports SLI, the 7300 LE doesn't. Both chips support DirectX 9's Shader Model 3.0.

Nvidia didn't specify pricing, beyond noting the new chips fall in the $129-149 range. It said the new GeForce 7 Series GPUs are available now on boards from Albatron, AOpen, Asus, BFG, Biostar, Chaintech, Club 3D, ELSA, Gainward, Gigabyte, Innovision, Leadtek, MSI, Palit, PNY, Sigmacom, Sparkle XFX and others.
