I am giving my old computer running win95 to a reletive. I have uninstalled all the programmes I think they will not want (games mostly) removing them manually as well as from the control panel. How the hell do I get them off the start menu. With win95 it's easy one right click and delete but it doesn't work in 95. There must be a way?

if i remember right.

go to "start"
settings
taskbar & start menu
click on the "start menu programs" tab
click on the "remove" button
should bring up a list of your start menu items and allow you to remove them.
