Hello,

I am using windows 7 for the 1st time after doing a clean install onto my desktop. I use microsoft outlook web access to read and send work emails, however now that I have windows 7 I am able to view emails but not send through microsoft outlook web access. I am using windows essentials and windows firewall. I have added web access to my trusted sites.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks
Bernadette

Hi Bernadette, Try this:

1. Open OWA and slide down the left Task Pane and Click on “options”.

2. Slide down to “E-mail Security” and Click Install or Upgrade the S/MIME Control. This will download a new add-on.

3. Click “RUN” when asked about the Microsoft Outlook Web Access S/MIME install and security warning.

4. Close IE and RESTART the computer..

** If the above doesn't work and if you really need to use OWA, you can download and install Firefox and use it till we resolve the problem..
