error loading

I just restarted windows and recieved this error,I had thought that newdot was some spy ware am I wrong on this.
heres what the error says.

Newdot.net is one of the subjects covered in this rather lengthy thread from VDR. The subject was about AdAware and how or if it removes Newdot. There are links in the thread for more information on these newdot people. One thing is certain, they are sneaking it on people's machines without their knowledge.
