Hey. I have seen a number of non-commercial sites that use a kind of article (auto)update type thing, and I remember coming across a site that provides such a 'service'. But it has been a while since I saw the site and dont remember it. [I apologize for lack of clarity] Does this ring a bell for anyone? An example is: smacked example (http://www.smacked.com) . Thanks

Three main systems for this -

NewsPro (http://www.amphibianweb.com/newspro/)

PHP Nuke (http://www.phpnuke.org)

SlashCode (http://www.slashcode.com)

All fairly similar, and I believe they're all free, though check the sites for full info.

:)

I've not set any of these up as yet, I think your main concern is what favilities you have on the server, if you have PHP and mySQL, then go with PHP Nuke, otherwise you'll need CGI access and probably mySQL for slashcode or newspro. I think NP puts links to itself on your site, I'm not aware that slashcode does.
