Well, that's really no information to go on.

Boot to the restore drive..

Restart and hold down the Command key and the R key while the system boots up.

Run Disk Utility and repair the disk, and repair permissions.

If any permissions were repaired, then run Repair Permissions again.

Then restart again to boot back to normal mode.
