Time to try some Data Recovery Tools.

If that fails, then your only other option is too take it to a Data Recovery Specialist.

As for re-formating the SSD........

I'd check the manufacturers website for SSD Testing Tools first.
Because this sounds very much like the drive is slowly dying.

Run those SSD Testing Tools, AFTER you try the Data Recovery Tools.
