Advice on Explorer 9 Download wanted.?

I downloaded Microsoft Explorer 9 for my Win 7 (32Bit) operating system; unfortunately there is a gap of approximately 12mm at the top of the screen, exposing my computers `Desk Top` when I am on-line. (example when I open my Home Page `YAHOO- SEARCH ENGINE` (Note; Fujitsu Laptop `Amilo Li3910

Try stretching the window using the mouse and grabbing it at the top, stretch all sides until it fills the screen. Once that is done, close it, now reopen it. Did thatfix it?

After trying several offered solutions, the best one I've found is below. It works 90% of the time for me.

1. Close all browser windows except the problem one.

2. Maximize the browser window by grabbing the corners and expanding the browser widow to your desired size. It's important to use this method rather than using the Maximize button or double-clicking the Title Bar to maximize the window.

3. Hold your Shift key down and then click the Close button. The Close button is the one with the X in the upper right corner.
