Windows 7 Installation problem!

Hey guys!

As much computer problems i have encountered i cant get passed this one!

Trying to install Windows 7 using a usb and receiving this error:

"Setup was unable to create a new system partition..."

Tried the following:

1. Creating partions myself
2. Cleaning using CMD
3. Changing boot order
4. Changing SATA settings to IDE.

P.s. I completely formatted and deleted all the partions before and deleted the system drive and recovery by mistake.

The laptop is a custom built one, and i dont know the specs! so i doubt it will help.

Thanks guys!

Setup fails to install Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 if cluster size > 4K for the System/Boot volume
