Hello

Remove Adwcleaner from the system.Delete the Adwcleaner folder.

Please download DelFix and save the file to your Desktop.

  • Windows XP Double Click DelFix.exe to run the program.
  • Windows Vista > Win 7 > Win 8 Right Click on DelFix.exe and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
  • Checkmark " Remove Disinfection Tools"
  • Click the Run button
==============================================

Download Adwcleaner and run it again from the link below.

How is it now?

----------------------------------------------------

If the problem persists, follow the instructions below.

1. Run a scan with Malwarebytes. It will detect and remove any active infection.
2. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Make sure the following option is checked: Additional.txt
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

3. C: \ AdwCleaner \ AdwCleanerS [n] .txt dosyasında bulunan AdwCleaner günlüğünü de ekleyin. 'N', tarama sayısını temsil eder.

Good Luck.

Yes. After running the DelFix to remove cleanup programs I loaded AdwCleaner again and it removed the Pups.

Side Note: I can't figure out why AvastBrowser Cleanup doesn't clean Firefox or Chrome? It only shows Edge in the sidebar.

While running AvastBrowser Cleanup software, all browsers should be closed.
Are you closing? Is AvastBrowser Cleanup up to date?

If yes, i never used that software. But it needs to be cleaned.

I've just downloaded the newest Avast Browser Cleanup and yes, I do close all browser before I run the cleaner. It's not that big of a deal because I do a Computer Cleanup every week, but I like to run the Avast Browser Cleaner from time to time.
