Front mission three

So, an extremely long time ago, I had only a PlayStation One.
I still have it in a box somewhere.

Unfortunately, I Sold the best game for it.

Front Mission Three has a fun story, turn based, and features battling mechs that are hugely Customizable. Paradise for me.

Several sources supposedly supply a free Emulator and Free download
of this game. Research reveals that these sites put huge numbers of malware in their downloads.

So, question number one: If it's malware, how does it stay up?
Wouldn't angry people retaliate somehow with hacks or something?

Aren't websites accountable to their hosts in some way?
Sorry, I don't know how the net works.

Question number Two: Is there ANY legal and malware free source of this game?
