Raptr_ep64.exe is not essential for the Windows OS. The file is not a Windows system file. You can uninstall this program in the Control Panel.

To remove Elevation Proxy (Raptr In-Game Overlay) from your computer, my suggestion is to remove it from the system with RevoUninstaller Free.

If you do not see it on the RevoUninstaller, you can remove it from the control panel.

Click the Windows Start Button. In Windows 8, look for Control Panel.
Click Control Panel.
Click Uninstall a program.
Look for Raptr In-Game Overlay in the list of available programs.
Click Uninstall.

when I tried to remove raptr with add remove I received the following: Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Now the only problem is the server error?

There an the explanation on the link below.I don't know what that means. Does this explanation mean anything to you? From games, I'm a very remote user.

Today we are announcing that we will be shutting down Raptr on September 30, 2017.

I've removed Raptr so there is no more problem. The only problem I have now is the booting up. It is the strangest thing. My pc won't boot up not even with the windows disk but if I change the monitor it boots up good. I'm running out of monitors to trade off too. And the monitor that I traded with works fine on the other machine. I'm really leary of turning off my machine afraid the next time I might not be able to bring it up. The last time I did it took me over an hour to get it to boot back up.

My "system interrupts" is using 25 to 35% of my CPU. The article I read said it should only be using 1 to 3% and sometimes as much as 7%. And that it could mean a driver or hardware failing? How can I check to see where the problem is?

For these problems, i suggest you start a new topic in the Hardware Forum.
An my expert friend with that issues should be able to help you better than I can on this matter. I'm not an expert on these issues.

We also need to uninstall softwares we've used so far. For this;

Please do this;
In any case please download delfix to your desktop.
  • Close all other programms and start delfix.
  • Please check all the boxes and run the tool.
  • Delfix will now delete all found traces of our removal process.
If there is still something left please delete it manualy.Then

Best regards. Greetings.
