How many e-mail accounts do you have?

How are your 2 e-mail clients configured?

It may depend on how you have your email clients set up on each device.

If you have "keep copy on server" set, you will see it on each device. If that option is not set and you download the email to your PC (for example), it will still be seen by your cell phone.

Wow. Was it really necessary to come in with an attitude like that?

It was a simple typo, Ned. God forbid you should ever leave out a tiny word or make a mistake.

And for the record, by their very definition, "forums" are venues for "open" discussions where everyone is welcome to contribute, share, and learn. They are not places where Ned Seagoon can take over and claim exclusivity.

@Icybur - my apologies. I don't walk on water. If you don't have the option set in the email settings on your device to keep the emails on the server, then when you pull that email down to that device, the email is deleted from the server and other devices will not see it.

How you set up your devices depends on how you like to manage and, if necessary, store emails you wish to keep. I like to keep my "keepers" only on my PC in Outlook. So I have my cell phone and notebook set to keep copies on the server. Only when I view my emails on my PC do they get deleted from the mail servers.
