toshiba w/windows7 keeps rebooting

hey guys not sure what the issue is here but i got given a toshiba laptop recently and it has an issue...... when booting it goes to the windows 7 home screen and then a message pops up saying it needs to reboot to install drivers, after it reboots it does the same thing. I dont have the recovery disk or windows 7 disk. I tried to do a system recovery to restory to factory settings ( out of the box) but it has not fixed anything. Anyhelp would be great. Thank you

Hi painer. If a restore to default settings didnt fix your problem, it is most likely hardware related. My advice is to take advantage of your warranty and return the laptop to the retailer it was purchased from.
